Vincent formed the company 33 years ago on April 12th 1978 and has
worked in the industry for 44 years. It has been a interesting career and
one Vin has enjoyed immensely. There has always been a family
atmosphere in the company and over the years this has been maintained.
Vin believes the success of the company can be attributed to
employing the right people to senior levels and the policy of in house
training and promoting existing staff as the company has grown. Vin
does not spend as much time at the office nowadays and leaves most
of the running of the company to his excellent team of Directors. However
he still likes to keep an eye on things (just in case). Vin’s other
interests are Gardening, DIY and spending time with his family, which is
his greatest joy.
